Google is planning to try it’s hands on every possible web or PC application. It took birth as a search engine and now it’s going to produce an operating system called Google Chrome OS for your computer. After the announcement on their blog, may people have started thinking that it’s going to be the Window’s killer. Nope, it’s not going to touch that height within next 15-20 years also. It will lack many (and many) features that we get on operating systems like Windows or Mac. However, it will have some fresh applications, features with a completely new look and feel.
Google chrome OS will be an open source product, which means anyone can use it for free. Yes, this multi million project will be completely free and anyone can download Google chrome OS to use it on his computer without paying anything for it. Google is yet to start developing this project, this buzz is just to inform the rivals about the future competition.

1.It will removes all Falun Gong references from your files.
2.Your hard drive will automatically get defragged every month
3.Your family photos are accompanied by text ads for skin care and diet plans.
4.Invests in, develops, acquires, and abandons your best ideas.
5.Will change your desktop icons everyday automatically
6.A tax preparation button called “I am feeling lucky” will be on desktop
7.20% of time it will not perform what you want it to do
8.Masseuse will come on every monday afternoon automatically
10.Will stop all all activities as soon as it smells anything suspicious
11.Beta status will be there up to 2038
12.Maximum system crashes will happen in initial days
Google Chrome OS is basically designed for small netbooks / notebooks, however just to make this launch a bit more dramatic, Google wrote that it will also support desktops. Personally I don’t think this product will have a craze among people, since people would seek something better than Windows products and Google OS won’t be able to stand up to their expectations. However, future will answer it best, so let’s do wait.
